Trip out was good but the late trip back was awful. Driver was too fast, didn't wait for me to sit down before pulling away (I had to sit on the suitcases).

Good price for airport parking transfer okay. On the negative side my car was clean inside and out. On my return the car was filthy wheels muddy and muddy foot prints inside I will probably pay a little more where they take more care of there customers property.

I have always been happy parking at Oakwood, but most recently I parked and my car was in such an awful mess when I collected it, that I don't think I'll park there again. It was covered in thick dust, which easily washes off, so not a big problem, but the bird's mess was just awful. It was absolutely covered and it was solid like concrete, took me ages to get to off.

I have used this service for many years, however I will take my business elsewhere, was told I couldn’t take my golf clubs on the bus, never been an issue before. On return both the bus driver and woman in the office were so miserable it makes me feel sorry for them. It was like we were an inconvenience for them and they were providing a free service!!!!!

The car park was close to the airport and I couldn’t fault the arrival but when it came to the pick up it was bad. We called them to say we were waiting, first 2 times of calling it went to voicemail and then when we finally got through we waited 10 minutes for them to arrive. Only to be told that the bus wasn’t big enough for everyone to fit on to so had to wait another 15 minutes for another bus.

The price was good but it was like a gravel field on my return my immaculate mats were dirty as they had moved my car and they couldn’t find it as the notes said it was where I parked it but it wasn’t.

We've used Oakwood before. The positives is it's proximity to Bristol Airport you know where your car is kept and the fairly prompt pick up when arriving back from your holiday. The negatives is that they're not very customer friendly. You have to load and unload your own cases from the minibus and its chaotic trying to find your car, which was blocked in.

Return pick up service from airport no organisation free for all on arrival of minibus.

My car was far back in the que. It was very difficult to get my car out without scratching another car.

Came back to pick up where the bus was waiting the lady driver was outside the bus. Went to get on and she said there’s another one soon looked on the bus only 4 people on it then waited another 20 minutes.
