Had to wait too long to be picked up. Weighted 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport too.

Waiting times to hand in keys, and wait for Minibuses for both ways were at least 15 minutes. This isn’t great when it’s raining and there is no shelter.

Transport to and from parking to Airport was uncomfortable and there was no good space for luggage. My car was covered in mud and my mat was so bad that I complained and when I complained some came and bushed the dried muds under the mat???

Poor parking, arrived home waited at place driver told us where wait driver came and picked people up from different area. Got to car park went and found car which was blocked in had to return to office to get them to move car.

Not great . Told wrong place for pick up & when we realised it was the other side of car park a very large queue . It was 3 am we had 3 small children & had to wait for 3 mini buses before we could be picked up . Our vehicle was boxed in when we got to car park.

no finished surface on Parking area so cases etc get dirty. vans filthy and well worn driver not willing to assist in any way with luggage etc.

Waiting to long at the airport and my car back window was all the way down when we got to it and it had to be wound down.

Transportation to and from airport was not great as the luggage was stacked up and falling over where people were sitting, my main criticism was when I collected my car it had been parked and backed up into bushes of brambles etc and left some scratches on the rear of my car after examination.

Car park is very close to the airport and easy to find, so is convenient. On arrival we took our cases out and took the keys to reception. This wasn’t professional! Lots of staff outside the office all talking which included a lot of swearing, so don’t take children with you when dropping off your keys! We weren’t greeted by anyone and just stood inside while other people moved around us until someone asked for our paperwork. I know it’s cheaper parking than anywhere else but what has happened to basic courtesy! Cars were taken away quickly and parked. The drop off vans are frequent but don’t expect any help from the drivers with your luggage…that’s down to you! Suitcases are piled in the back of a van and it was left to clients to stack them safely. When the driver did get involved as some people were struggling, they were left to feel like they were putting him out! All in all would not use again!

We have successfully parked with you 4 times this year with no complaints. However, on our 5th visit from 1/7/22 to 9/7/22 the experience was far from great. Having travelled on a late flight we were greeted by your staff member who told us that he didn't know where our car was as we 'weren't due in until the 9th and it is only the 8th' . This was the same for 2 other people who were also waiting to collect their cars. As our flight was due at midnight we had all booked our cars in until the 9th. He spent ages looking through the keys for both the 8th and 9th, in fact he looked through them about 4/5 times. Eventually after he said he would 'have to call one of the boys' to find our cars, our keys were spotted, I guess where they should be. His attitude left a lot to be desired and no apology was offered when all 3 car keys were eventually found. All in all we were 45 minutes delayed.
