Reviewed on 6th October 2026The process was good, however when we arrived to collect our car it was so closely parked between a car to the front & rear of our car that we would not have been able to drive away had the owners of one of the cars not been collecting their car at the same time. It could have been possible that we would have had to wait some time for them to arrive & this was 2am in the morning.

Reviewed on 25th September 2026Bit disappointed this time as the car was covered in bird droppings and has marked the paint on the car. Dropping off and collecting the car was fine as on previous occasions.

Reviewed on 22nd September 2026This is a basic service which you pay a basic price. There is no shelter if it is raining. The transfer vehicle appears unclean and my suitcase was very dirty after stacking it at the back of the van. My car came back with dirty wheels evidently parked in some field. However, the trip to the airport was short and the pick up on return was prompt.

Reviewed on 25th August 2026Grumpy rude driver picked us up at 1am in the morning when we’re exhausted after travelling all day - really upset both of us. We were both polite and kind and did nothing to trigger this. No need for it! Also our tyre now has a massive slash in it and will now need replacing. We’re unable to determine if it was there before the drive to Bristol but we never noticed it before… We won’t be using Oakwood again.

Reviewed on 20th August 2026The parking is easily situated very close to Bristol Airport and the transfers were pretty regular. Drop off and pick up went very smoothly. The only reason for the 3 stars is the condition of the car park itself which is gravel. It makes it extremely difficult to move heavy suit cases over and every car leaves with a free coating of the dust that is kicked up by all the movement of vehicles and people.
