Reviewed on 2nd August 2025Drop off originally was handled brilliantly though the mini bus wasn’t loaded in a sensible way to allow usage of all seats (2 bike cases took aisle space). The pick up on return was disappointing as the collection from airport was not timely and the phone number was only providing an answer phone message which said someone would be there in a max of 15 minutes, sadly not the case. Once one of the group waiting for collection found a landline and managed to get through, we were picked up. Would still recommend as we’ve never had this experience previously.

Reviewed on 16th July 2025Easier to walk than wait for mini bus. There is no clear stopping place on return and you often get people push in. When you have children late at night and elderly stressed out people push in front of you it’s very rude. The minibus driver doesn’t have the ability to enforce fairness. So we tend to just walk to the car park takes less than 15 minutes.

Reviewed on 4th July 2025Quick and efficient checking in and out would have liked our cars to be parked near the front when arriving home early hours as there was plenty of room. Car park rough and dusty, found it hard to pull cases.

Reviewed on 3rd July 2025I am usually very pleased with my experience when parking at Oakwood, on arrival the girl on the reception was so rude. Also when we arrived home we rang the bus to be left there for a while when they waited for the other flight It's only 2 minutes away they could have picked the people up off our flight come back for the rest.

Reviewed on 29th June 2025Disappointing as we arrived at Bristol and had to wait for 50 mins to get a coach to Oakwood in spite of us calling to inform our arrival and to be told the coach was waiting we had to wait for a 3rd coach as all previous ones were packed full . Not a joke at 1.00 am early morning and travelling for 6 hours . We have used Oakwood for many times a year for the past 10 years and always been well cared for . I can only hope this was an isolated occurrence.

The return pick up was a bit of a scramble for seats on the bus and when we got back to the car park where it had been raining it was very muddy like clay mud and full of deep puddles. Our suitcases were covered in mud and it wasn’t easy pulling them along back to the car.

Reviewed on 11th May 2025On my return from holiday, it took me over 20 minutes to locate my car. I know the car park was full but l was directed to the wrong area first time and had to come back to the office to say l couldn't locate the car to be told it was on the opposite side of the lot. Then when l did find it with one of your colleagues, it was blocked in by another car so had to wait for the gentleman to collect the keys for the car blocking me so l could get out. Waited over 5 minutes for his return. This has happened to me before and is very frustrating after a long flight.

Reviewed on 10th May 2025Although a very convenient area to park and a quick check in and out, I was very disappointed by the attitude and professionalism of the driver who conveyed us to the airport. On arrival he complained about the size of my family group of 6 adults and four children, expressed the need to inform him of it in advance, and barked instructions to let him know on our return. He complained that we should not have loaded our luggage before removing it and re loading. (Fair enough if its his role I thought) On our return I made contact as advised, he confirmed it was the same driver, on his arrival I handed each suitcase to him which he loaded without issue until he lifted a heavier case, then ranted about it not being his job. We could not win with this guy. Grumpy, beyond belief, no direction just a miserable kill joy, who needs to either get another job or a course in customer service.

Reviewed on 6th May 2025Frankly, I have a love/hate relationship with this car park. The positive side is the proximity to the Terminal Building and the saving of the extortionate entry fee to the Drop Off Car Park. The negativity is the attitude displayed in the Office on check in and collection. Someone needs to remind them that customers are a necessary evil but shouIdn't be treated as such. I don't think they do nearly enough to make sure the cars are postioned in the best possible location, particularly if it's a late collection at nightime.
