It was dissapointing to return on 17/08/23 1800ish and discover the young driver would not help load or unload our cases into the mini bus. This has never happened before as every driver has been excellent in their help. I hope appropriate action is taken before we return next year.

Once again I had to wait as my car was still in the compound. I changed the car details and flight details with the lady in the office when I arrived. But when I got back they said they had checked the flight and the checked the later flight, which is what I and changed with you to the earlier one.

Car park was cheap and transfer was quick so that’s a positive, only issue was the state of the car when we arrived back, mud everywhere,even muddy footprints in the back of the car as if someone had walked right through it, no idea why they would even need to go in the back.

All fine apart for a 25 minutes wait to be picked up on return.

I usually give 5* - but this time the bus took ages to come to the airport to pick us up. There were lots of people waiting to be collected and it was a bit of a free for all to get a seat.

Disappointing would not use them again My car was returned dirty with mud all over the outside wheels and inside on the drivers side . I had my cleaned the day before i dropped the car In addition i have concerns that they cram a lot of people in the minibus asking passengers to get children to sit on laps. This is a safety risk. The mini bus used is old and not very clean.

On returning our car could not be found, eventually the car was parked behind another car, We had to wait before it was removed before we could exit.

We arrived, very easy to find and was very impressed by our quick delivery to the airport. On return not so good. The driver could not get my disabled buggy on his van. I understood that, he said the next van would. We waited a while but the driver parked away from us. We had to get our luggage and buggy some way to the van. Out was excellent. Coming back was poor. Thank you.

Collection was poor & certainly not as good as my previous visits. I was told my car was on the left or the right if it wasn't on the right. It was a long way back in the centre.

Third occasion to use this provider.The site is convenient for the Terminal building and saves £10 in car park access/exit fees so worth the trouble of being offsite. Indifferent customer service attitude. I was told to find my own car in the dark & because it was blocked had to ask for another car to be moved before I could get away.
