The staff were rude and very abrupt, not customer service oriented if they’re not happy about doing the work they’re employed to do then find another job, however the transfers to and from the Airport was quick and seem less which is probably the most important thing.

Have used on several occasions but this time a bit disappointed that when being picked up they rammed as many people as they could in the mini bud and had people standing. On arrival to collect keys, car was hard to locate and had to wait for somebody to move a car in front.

Drop off the car and delivery plus pickup from the airport no issues, quick and efficient. Car collection a bit hit and miss, as expected the car to be parked closer to the reception as I would expect on arrival, but it was parked quite far away to the point I or the staff could not find it(!). With heavy bags when you are dropped off near the reception and at uneven gravel terrain it would be a challenge to carry. On top of that the passenger window was left fully open - possibly on the day of pickup as the seat was still dry following rainy days we had earlier. Considering the site is operating for quite some time, it would be great to see some improvements to the space dedicated to parking lots, which can be challenging when operating 24h.

Whilst the parking is close and convenient, coming home my daughter called to say we have landed. We was told to go straight to pick up point as our transport had left. We had 2 babies under 2 yrs old it was raining and late at night. The transport was there but other people pushed their way on before us. We was told to wait 10 minutes for him to come back! I said I was not happy the babies was tired and cold and they knew we was arriving why wasn’t there another bus waiting. The driver then struggled to get us all on, the service should consider families with small children first.

I have used this service many times before On each occasion the transport has not been there on arrival but arrived shortly after a call however on this occasion no one answered the phone and the phone message told us to just wait. Noo ne answered for a good 15 minutes eventually we got through and were told it would be 10-15 mins in total we waited over 30 minutes from our first call to them. After a late flight with kids this was not great. To top it off when the bus did arrive another plane had landed and lots of people came straight off the plane and straight on the bus leaving some of us who had already waited 30 mins to wait even longer. The company knows what time the flights are I believe they should be there ready and waiting and allowing people on in arrival time order.

Reasonably priced but awful parking set up, especially in the rain. Upon return, car parked badly and quite far away from the office. Got filthy on drop off and pick up.

The car park needs garvel down as my jeans and friends leggings were covered in mud and we had to go off on our holiday like it also when we got back didn't get told my car had moved and couldn't find it in the dark, but other then that everything was fine.

Normally everything is perfect always using this service because is the best but last time I came in the middle of the night and my car hasn't been moved forward had to walk in the dark through flooded car park and puddles looking for the car which took a good while with a child and bags.

It was raining while we were waiting to be taken to the airport and when we came back while waiting for the car keys. There is no cover for people or cases so everything is wet. A simple covered area near to the minibus area would be a great addition.

Always used and been very organised, this time due to it being winter the car park was really muddy so my shoes were filthy and inside the car was covered in mud from you moving the car. You need to get tarmac or something put down.
