Reviewed on 18th March 2023I have used this car park a number of times in the past. The location is great, and the transfers to and from the airport were without problems. However it was wet when we arrived and left, and the surface of the car park was very muddy resulting in the carpets in our car being absolutely filthy. Our car was also blocked in on return. Car park definitely needs tarmacing or resurfacing.

Reviewed on 15th March 2023Cheaper than onsite Silver Zone Parking. Location hard to find when approaching from north on A38. Suggest continuing to Airport roundabout and turning back to Oakwood. Entrance / reception and parking on arrival not clear. After wet spell mud was a problem on suitcase wheels. Staff helpful and friendly.

Reviewed on 4th February 2023The parking and transit to/from the airport was fine and efficient. The actual car park itself was disgusting (muddy) and this has resulted with the inside of the car dirty which was unavoidable.

Reviewed on 25th January 2023Very disappointed that we were left waiting at the airport for half an hour having been told, when we phoned, that we'd be picked up in 10 minutes. Next time we'll use one of the other parking firms that had 2 or 3 pick ups whilst we were waiting for Oakwood. Given it 3 stars because drop of was fine.

So we landed at 2am to hail stones and rain, and to had to wait nearly an hour to get our car, They were very helpful, and sorted the problem as fast as they could. First time any problems and use them a lot and will continue to use them.

Reviewed on 20th December 2022Only good thing about the car park was the short distance to the airport. No help with putting luggage onto the minibus. On arrival back in Bristol Airport I called the office instead of the driver and was spoken to very rudely.
