Our arrival for our flight to Amsterdam was fine with no delay in getting to the airport on time. Our arrival back late from Amsterdam was different. Our attempts to call the office following our arrival were fruitless and no answered. We were able to get on the minibus was a a bit dodgy because of the large number of other passengers waiting. Oakwood is a lot busier than it used to be and the standard of service has dropped off accordingly. Not as good as it used to be.

My daughter went in the office to drop off the key, the girl was quite rude to my daughter, really no need to be, kind of puts you off leaving your car here. The driver that collected us was actually very nice and friendly, it makes a difference. It don't take much to smile and be polite. The car was at the front car park when we returned, obviously this was helpful.

Was pleased with dropping off the vehicle, bus service was good. On collecting the vehicle at night was hard to find with children in a sea of cars. Eventually found it to find a car parked in front of us so had to wait a while to get out.

I used this airport last March and it was great,this time round the drivers were rude and given no information ,told to load and unload your luggage by yourself, on pick up at airport driver just opened bus doors and walked away and he did the same at the car park, the receptionist had no idea where the car was located to pick up and this is very difficult at 3am in the dark, disappointed this time.

Excellent at departure, the man was friendly and helped put the cases on to the bus and off again. Arrival ..mmm...this man stood back and watched everyone struggle to fit their suitcases in and off again. Also the car was all the way at the top end of the enclosure and trying to find that at 4am in a poorly lit compound wasn’t what was needed with 3 kids let me tell you! The car could have been brought closer knowing what time we were leaving. Apart from that £50 for the week was very competitive and we’d probably use them again.

Site needs to be developed. 1. directions include a reference to a pub that burned down 15 years ago and no longer exists. 2) little signage on where to go when you arrive, 3) single lane entrance for cars both entering and leaving the site gave me a very poor and frustrating first impression esp when you don't know where you are going, 4) car park is largely based on soil and grass and so can be mucky if wet. Dusty too. But the car park functions well and transfers are prompt and effective. At a good price. On balance, not sure I would re-book.

Fair price compared to other Bristol Airport car parks. Fast service and very near to the airport. The reason for the average score is that the customer service lets them down. Not friendly smiley staff when you arrive. She wasn't rude but not warm either. No hello how can we help. Her first words were "name?". I was desperate for the toilet but said their toilet was out of order. Overall though I probably would book it again.

Cheap Parking. Very prompt on drop off's and pick up's. Would use again.

Couldn't fault the service when we arrived but when we landed mini bus wasnt there rang to be told rudely to ring the driver when he arrived he was very rude asked when another bus was available as had been waiting a while his reply was take it up with the boss then drove off.

It was okay. Not particularly friendly or anything. Just clinical but it worked and didn’t have to wait long. Other parking places give the keys of the people he’s picking up to the driver of the van and he hands them out to you when he picks you up from the airport so you don’t have to go to the office which is a nice touch. You might like to think about doing that.
