The check in and collection of my car and shuttle to and from the airport all great. It is very muddy where you leave your car, the mat in my car was very muddy on my return, also found I had mud all up the back of my trousers.

Okay going out but on return not impressed, tried ringing both numbers on the card provided, no reply, waited for approximately 40 minutes, they only picked us up due to the police checking the site to see what was going on, I would be reluctant to use them again.

When I came to pick my car up I wasn't told where it was and it had been moved very far from the entrance and where I parked it. It was dark and my car was behind other cars, so hard to see. It was also very muddy and my suitcases were very difficult to wheel around on the parking. I would really have appreciated if I would have been told where my car was. Or, much better, if the car had been moved back closer to the entrance.

Very helpful staff. used Oakwood lots of times and will continue to do so. Only a slight issue with the mud when I picked my car up after heavy rain. My car was filthy inside after trekking through the mud. Bit of hardcore would help. Won't deters me from booking again, thank you to all the helpful staff.

Fine on the way out but arrived back in torrential wind and rain. Van came after 10 minutes but no help to load heavy suitcase which I couldn’t manage on my own. Luckily a young man lifted it up for me. The driver just opened the doors and then went back to drivers seat. Unlikely to book again.

Parking was fine however driver picking us up was so unhelpful. Stood there with hands in his pockets whilst my husband helped an elderly man put his luggage in the van. Didnt attempt to help at all. Was miserable and lacking in customer service. Wont use again due to this. Plenty of competition out there with better and more helpful drivers I'm afraid.

The price was good. Unfortunately the pick up from the airport was chaotic. They need to put a hard surface on the car park, as it was a mud bath, car and luggage covered. We needed to pull our car out of the mud before accessing the boot.

Parking was fine but pick up driver was a very rude man who spoke to people like they were idiots. I will find alternative parking next time

Driver's side floor mat left in a filthy muddy state. Considerable amount of grit littered the floorwell. Not what I would have expected!
