Reviewed on 1st May 2025Parking was great, easy to find, easy to book in…transfer a little slow waiting while the driver chatted before leaving on the way there, but overall a good experience… However the driver on the return journey was vaping at the side of the road while we lifted our bags into the bus, very rude to both us and another set of passengers which for us let the overall experience down.

Reviewed on 18th April 2025When we arrived back at Bristol we went to the pickup zone and had just missed the transport, so we waited in the queue for it to return, when it did it stopped at a different place as to we were waiting,the people in the queue behind us rushed to it and and once again we had to wait for it to return, this was very annoying as it was late and very cold, there needs to be an allocated place to queue so this does not happen to other passengers in the future.

Reviewed on 5th April 2025Very well organised service, with efficient transfers to and from Bristol Airport. However, be prepared for your car being filthy when you get back to collect. The car park is generally unsurfaced and very dusty, so the parked cars get a good dose of this. In addition and more annoyingly, it was also covered in bird poo, which was thick and difficult to remove. As my car was very clean and shiny when it arrived, this was all the more obvious and disappointing.

Reviewed on 25th February 2025We came back on a rainy and windy day. We waited at the airport for the minibus and on arrival none of the 2 staff came off to help the passengers with the luggage or at least to open the doors for us. There were 3 families all with small kids. At the site, again no help. All of the cars were parked far away and again, same 3 families with kids and suitcases had to wonder around the car park through the rain and wind to find their cars. Maybe on pick up, keep them closer to the drop off point. A little bit of consideration and empathy would have been much appreciated.

Reviewed on 16th February 2025A pleasant and friendly service which we have used many times before. Disappointed with the long wait for 'pick-up' on our return. Telephoned from the pick-up point at 2220 hrs and again at 2245 hrs. The registration of the pick-up vehicle could be of help if given to customers to identify vehicle.

Reviewed on 13th January 2025Used Oakwood many times and always been happy with the service, but won’t be using them again for winter sports holidays as I now have to walk to the terminal building with my snowboard bag, apparently not allowed on minibus anymore.

Reviewed on 3rd January 2025The drop off and bus journey to and from the airport are spot on. The only reason for three stars is for the second time in a row, on returning to collect our car, we had difficulty finding it and when we did it was blocked in by other cars. This meant going back to the office to ask if the cars could be moved before we can start our trip home. For some reason it looks like our car was not moved ready for collection, twice.

Reviewed on 30th December 2024Service in the reception was very good. Car park or walkway needs resurfacing. always come away from the car park with muddy wheels and filthy soles of our feet

Reviewed on 22nd November 2024They were just okay. On arrival at 6am I waited almost 20 minutes to get a driver to take me to the airport. There was no one else to take but the driver just milled around waiting for god know what. The return was better, it was a wait of about 15 minutes for the van to arrive and pick up myself and other people from the same flight.

Reviewed on 17th November 2024Now that there is a diversion/ traffic, they really need to have 2 vans going back and forth. A few days ago I just missed it and had to wait nearly half an hour.
