Reviewed on 18th May 2019The service was good although we had to wait a long time to be collected from the airport and the person who answered our phone call mumbled, it was difficult to hear our instructions because of the noise. The minibus was dirty and no help was offered to help with our suitcases. On the whole not a bad service.

Reviewed on 18th May 2019I arrived at Oakwood parking what is quite easy to find drove into the small entrance what is a bit of guess when you get there as to were you are supposed to go to park up. Parked, got my bag out and dropped my key into there portacabin where there was people waiting for the minibus to the airport, we walked back over to the car park just a short walk away to were the minibus would leave from. The transit came in and passengers just made a undignified rush for it, there was no queuing order so had to rush for the second minibus ten minutes later. On arrival back we was lucky the minibus came in straight away.

Reviewed on 15th May 2019Car clean when I left on Friday 10th May, must have been moved through every puddle that was on the site. Not too happy when I got home and found a dent in the door as well. Didn't see it when I picked it up.

Reviewed on 12th May 2019Relatively straightforward, though 2 concerns: 1. the return driver was somewhat brusque when I asked how long before he arrived at the airport; 2. I was disappointed to find that my car had been left unlocked when I collected it.

Reviewed on 8th May 2019When we arrived back in Bristol Airport on Monday May 6th, Bank Holiday Monday, our pick up from the airport was chaos. We could not get in the first two mini buses as they were full. When the third one arrived, we put our luggage in the bag but other people jumped into the seats through the front doors. The driver told us to jump on, two of us had to share a seat and there was one person standing. It was totally disorganised, there were obviously too many people to pick up at the same time and not enough mini buses.

Reviewed on 25th April 2019Bristol airport was so busy at 23.30 as there about ten aircraft arriving at the same time. This meant that the one mini bus used by Oakwood Parking was overwhelmed by returning passengers and so there was a rather long wait to get back to the car park. This has become so large that the service is spread rather thin.

Reviewed on 22nd April 2019Have parked here numerous of times and staff have always been helpful until the 20th of April our flight was delayed by half hour so when we arrived the mini bus driver was very rude on the phone and very angry when he came to pick us up as he noticed he had to do a few trips because there was so many people waiting. It was 12 midnight and that just added to the journey. I would rethink before booking this car park again.

Reviewed on 18th March 2019Booking process, transport to and from airport good and value compared to airport is good but whilst my car was parked my windscreen got cracked. I guess this may have been due to high winds causing something to hit the screen. I thought the management response was very unhelpful when I contacted them about it and all they would say is that it is clearly stated on their website that they don't accept liability. So be aware.
