Oakwood Parking Reviews

We had booked and paid for two cars but when we arrived only one was expected. This was soon resolved however. Transfer vehicle could do with a good valet and too many passengers were crammed into it for our return journey. Staff were helpful however and I will use Oakwood again.

Not happy about the way we were treated and spoken to by a driver who arrived at the airport on the 8th June. There was not enough space for everyone on the mini bus. My 5 months old baby and I went on the bus but my husband had to stay at the airport. The driver suggested I pick him up myself when I collect my car, I said no way...you will pick him up straight away after dropping people off. I think the organisation was very bad, same as driver's attitude. Mind it was nearly midnight. Not sure if I use Oakwood parking services again.

If it wasn't for the fact that the mini bus looked as if it was falling apart and was disgusting inside with food on the floor and stained seats or that the man driving was answering his mobile and driving with it in his hand, it would have been really good. As I couldn't fault how quick and prompt the transfers were. Such a shame and if these were sorted park and go would be a 5.

1. Driver did not know company as Park & Go, when asked "Park & Go?", he replied "Oakwood Parking", however, your logo boldly displays "PARK & GO". 2. Car Seat adjusted and not returned to position, this could be a potential hazard to customers. 3. My car Clock/Radio display LCD went blank. When reported to the officr on site (not the driver), he was overtly too quick to declare "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. IT COULD BE ANY OF YOUR LIGHTS". That was too quick in defence. Zero empathy, and unprofessional. This sent a wrong signal, if the damage was a more, serious one I can imagine where I stand (plus your tiny prints); in the COLD of course. Little things that matter!

Car park close to the airport. When we returned didn't look that secure. However the level of service we received was absolutely amazing. Rang the guys just before arrival. These guys were so swift. Fastest service I have ever received. Good value for money.

A little worrying arriving in a car park which was not attended... felt like it could have been a scam! But then minibus arrived on time and collection good too.

Only fault was when ringing up it was hard to understand the person on the other end of the phone. Other than that great.

Efficient service on way out. Close to airport tho not easy to find from Gloucestershire. We had to wait for 10 mins on return which wasnt great as it was night flight arrival. Good rates. Would use them again.

Very prompt turnaround times to and from the airport and competitive pricing. The only failing was the state of the car on return I did not notice at the time because it was dark but the inside drivers side mats and pedals were plastered in mud this could have been avoided if they used paper mat covers like garages do.

Very helpful and efficient handling of our booking. The entrance/exit point was extremely 'tight' and overcrowded, although to be fair several planes were late due to a strike of French Air Traffic Control, which must make organisation very difficult.
