Great service & on time.

Good directions to the car park and the postcode for the sat nav was spot on too. Quick turnaround with dropping off keys and then prompt minibus to the airport. Only confusing thing was that we were told to ring once we had arrived back, but when I rang after collecting my baggage and passing though arrivals, I was told to ring back once I was standing at the collection point outside. Quick turnaround when collected car keys too. Would recommend and use again :)

Car park is just outside the airport though the entrance is slightly concealed (could maybe do with a bigger sign), once you have used them you look out for it. Minibus was ready to go so no waiting. On arrival back at airport, just call the mobile number which was answered straight away to confirm your arrival and they were there in 5 to 10 minutes. Very pleased with service and have used them several times.

Good and reliable service!

Excellent on arrival. Waited 30 minutes to be collected on return and car had brown confetti type bits of leaves all over it. Felt my car should have been washed before they handed my keys back. If I wasn’t so tired after the flight I would have complained but just wanted to get on the road to go home. Hopefully will be better next time.

Very convenient and very easy to get to and from the airport with the shuttle bus they provide. Will definitely use again the next time I fly from Bristol.

Car safe, transfers quick and hassle free, cheap.

Speedy delivery to and from airport, as always, with courteous office staff. However, on our return trip I was surprised at the lack of help from the young driver - I am a 63 year old woman and he just watched as I struggled to lift a large suitcase into the minibus.

Close to the airport. It would help some lighting to find own car in the night, and smooth paved area for the trolleys in the car park.

This was our first time using Oakwood and I would totally recommend them. The service was everything I could have wanted and they took the stress out of travelling with 2 small children. The only improvement I could suggest would be to improve the signage on site as when we first arrived out was difficult to know where to leave our car.
