Happy with the service but there didn't seem to be any signage to reception and no light outside either when we returned in the dark. The area for car collection also had no lights at all so could only find the car by repeatedly clicking the car key. I also think the receptionist and drivers could be a little more cheery!

Parked in the new site 2/10/2026 to 9/10/2026 Quite a large site with plenty of parking although when we got there it was difficult to find somewhere to park initially. I’m sure there are teething problems that will eventually get sorted in the near future. Would probably use them again for parking.

1st time of using you, quite a busy road to cross had some idiot behind us trying to push us to go faster(twit). you could do with a little bit more lighting around office area. We were with you 03.00 hrs so bit dark. staff were good on giving directions & advice. THANK YOU. Only moan ground little to rough. found your service to be very good. Return trip, minibus requires a bit of a clean. suitcase area bit dirty, so case needed to have little wash Other than little moan.(cant please everyone can you !!) service very efficient staff in office excellent. Thank you very much. will be using your service again in the future.

Very good service with friendly staff. Only reason I gave 4 star was it wasn't very well lit. Otherwise it was quick and convenient

There was a little queue for the minivan that took us to the airport. We waited in it politely. When it arrived people pushed in front of us and we didn’t get on it!! That needs sorting! The next minivan arrived and it was the same. Push and shove or don’t get on.

Great thank you, very convenient coming from south Wales direction, and shuttle is always very quick both ways. Price is better than Bristol Airport onsite parking too.

A good service.

Cracking prices. Good location. Reasonable drop off and pick up times. Drivers on both journeys were grumpy. Area where you drop the car off really needs to be looked at. Nothing but gravel and dust. Our 1 case fell out of the minibus and was covered in muck.

Great service for dropping and picking up. The only challenge is that the car was very dirty outside on pick up - comes with territory when parking in a field/not the official airport car park.
