Very happy with drop off and shuttle service to and from airport. Car was parked close to exit for leaving. Would definitely use Oakwood Parking again.

Very good and easy.

First time in using this car park. I found it very easily. Staff were pleasant on arrival. Parking area secure so felt assured in leaving my car for the week. On arrival back in the uk. Even though the pick ups came quickly, I found that a better queuing system should be in place. As people obviously haven't any morals or manners and don't mind who they trample over to get on the bus first even if they were right at the back of the crowd!!. Apart from this blip I would like to say a huge thanks to all the staff at Oakwood for being friendly and helpful and I would definitely use you again.

Seamless process from arrival to departure. Close to airport, fast transfer, competitive rates, will use again.

Parking with transport to and from the airport was very efficient and provides value for money. Only downside was difficult to locate the car park early morning in the dark.

Arrival, departure, pick up and drop off's all have gone very smoothly and very pleasant and efficient Staff. Thank you.

Nice and close, decent price, curtesy bus there and back. All good, only negative point was finding it, only a very small sign on a busy road, resolved by a quick phone call though.

Good service, very close to airport, bit dark at night could do with better lighting. Fast pickup time from airport, car would need a wash when home. But saved 19 pounds 👍

Cost to park for four days was ok Time booking in my vehicle was ok Transfer time to the airport was ok I was informed that IF the mini-bus was full then I would have to transport my golf clubs myself in my car, drop them off at the airport and return to the car park and then get on the bus. My point is this: All I had is one golf case. MY hard case golf bag takes up less room when stood up then a 20+kg bag, so why do I have to make two journeys ? There is no way you'll fill a mini bus full of people and all their luggage. Would you expect someone with two bags to leave one behind or make two trips? I think not. Surely common sense must here. I noticed my In-car camera had been disconnected ! Why? what were you afraid of me seeing? My car came back a little bit dirtier and muddier than when I left it, but I can see that it's been stowed on a grassed field so not a huge problem. There was a four inch light scratch/rub mark on the off-side rear bumper, but this came out with some 'Safe Cut'car polish so no dramas there. I would be a bit worried in the future if ever I have a new vehicle. I may be more inclined to use the silver zone at the airport. One security issue you may be interested in. When my car keys were collected from your office, all that was asked was the registration of the vehicle. The person asking for my vehicle wasn't the vehicle owner! No checks were made on who this person was. Yes it was my mate who travelled with me, but ,my car could have been taken/stolen by any 'chancer' walking in and stating a number plate they'd seen and driven off! Security checks must be made before vehicle keys are handed out. The above issues aren't a complaint, but an overview of events as I saw them.
