Used on 2 occasions in 2018 has been a great experience on both occasions, would be happy to recommend.

Due to airport being so busy we had to wait around 10-15 minutes for the transfer. Very busy.

Our first time using Oakwood parking and I’m sure it won’t be the last! The only fault might be that on arrival it wasn’t quite clear where to go. Our transfers to and from the airport were prompt and the drivers were good humoured and helpful. Well done Oakwood!

Really good service close to Bristol Airport, the only small gripe is that they need better signage on the main road before the entrance.

Very friendly people very close to Bristol airport..drop off and pick up on time..no complaints from us.

Good experience on the whole, thought the early drop off was a bit confusing as when we arrived there was no one there to explain where we left the car. Also waited half an hour before getting a lift up to the airport. The return journey was immediate and straight forward though.

Have used Oakwood 3 times in the last 2 years and have had no issues with transfers being prompt and reliable. Will use again when flying from Bristol.

All worked really well except at car pick up we were handed are key and told to go find the car. Car was not in the field in question so lost a good ten minutes walking around with our cases. When we reported the problem it was suggested we check another parking area.
