Quick drop off and pick up from and to airport. The member of staff who dropped us at the airport made me and the three other customers rush considerably. She didn't even give me time to lock my car before we left and she took my keys! She was also very rude to another customer who called on the phone whilst we were on the bus. Shouting down the phone saying no you won't be 5 mins you will be there in 1 min at pick up point. Me and the other customers on the bus couldn't quite believe how she was talking to the customer. Very rude indeed. When picked up the driver was vey polite the complete opposite. And very friendly.

There was no person at the Oakwood site when I arrived but a notice said to make a call, But I had no signal. While I was wondering whether to go to another car park the transfer bus arrived and the lady driver immediately took me to Bristol Airport. When I returned to Bristol Airport I called Oakwood and had just a short wait for the bus. Very good service.

Good price and efficient service. Car a bit muddy (on outside) when returned but have had worse.

Everything went well, arrived taken to the airport right away. On arrival back in UK slight delay being picked up but no real problems. Will use again.

Too easy!! Park the car, hand the key, get dropped at the terminal. Coming back is just as easy.

Very good service no messing where there in a short space of time, car was returned in same condition. On the whole a good service would recommend.

No problems at all. Easy to find even at 0500. Nice lady ready and waiting-unloaded my car, straight onto minibus, handed over a key and dropped off at the airport 5 minutes later. On our return I called once we had our cases (we were 30 minutes early), driver was already in the airport car park on a previous pick up but waited for us. Promise of no more than 6 miles on the clock will be added but we had 7.....so a 4 score not 5! We will definitely use this company again, they have THE best prices around.
