Somewhere between 3 and 4 stars as this is a good service and convenient. However the lack of shelter at reception and waiting for a shuttle bus is none existent which is a major let down when it rains so much in the UK. its a a poor start when your about to go on holiday and should be excited not damp .

Have used numerous times with no issues. Excellent service.

Helpful receptionist, prompt taking to airport. Quick pick up from Bristol Airport and cheaper than official on-site airport parking.

Easy booking and check in process We waited a while for pick up at the airport The cost is so good to park at Oakwood but then I spent £15 to have my car cleaned.

On a recent visit to Spain my wife ended up in hospital with a broken hip. My car was only booked in for 4 days we ended up spending 14 days there instead. After a phone call with Oakwood Parking my car was kept on and was available on time when we finally arrived back at Bristol. Many thanks to the organisation and staff.

Very good service, however difficult to find in dark if you have never been there before, more signs and lighting would be beneficial, although we called for help with directions in the end. definitely no issues with the service and would use again.

Easy, quick and efficient service. No waiting to go to the airport. Only a few minutes to wait to be picked up on return. Good price which was very competitive with other car parks.

Very good experience as always. We flew out very early and arrived back very late but this was no problem as staff were efficient and obliging. The shuttle runs quickly and often with a minimal wait. The only small problem was finding the car in the dark as they move it to the bigger car park once you leave. I would recommend Oakwood to anyone using Bristol Airport.

1st time using Oakwood Parking. Was pleased with proximity to Bristol Airport. Service was good, would recommend this company.
