Every thing went well at drop off and pick up. Sorry to say the car park was very wet and muddy which I took into my car. Thank you.

Overall very pleased with service however, on return it would be nice if car brought nearer to reception. Due to it being very dark and muddy underfoot . Many thanks.

All very easy and straightforward and just the car park was muddy and pot-holey but the weather had taken its toll..... fairly priced.

I have used Oakwood on many occasions and would always give them five star reviews. The lost point on this occasion was because our car on our return was some way away from the hard standing area it has always been put in and was in a dark muddy section at the top of the car park.

Everything went smoothly. Drove onto site, handed over keys, transfer bus was waiting for transfer to Bristol Airport. Return no problem, bus arrived in minutes, car ready to go. Staff had disconnected car battery as requested (due to current drain). Have used several times before. Only downside is cars are stored outdoors and so had to clear ice off windows on return to the UK.

The only downside of Oakwood Parking is the uneven, pot holed surface. Especially in the dark and wet.

We used this car park for the first time on the 6th Feb. Our experience was absolutely fine when we arrived the pick-up van was already there I loaded the cases while my wife checked us in transfer was quick and easy as was the return pick-up.
