Great service, needed car wash for a small fee.

Good value for money service, although I was a bit weary as it was my first time using this parking service. A bit of waiting time when returning but otherwise all fine.

Very good easy to use service. Collecting the car following our break was slightly difficult due to airport being busy and keys not being available when we arrived back at the car parking. But overall, very good.

Overall my experience of Oakwood parking was brilliant. The only downfall was getting the return shuttle. I think there needs to be a clear indication of where people need to queue for the return shuttle. It was chaos every time a bus arrived, people pushed and shoved and it simply brought out the worse in human nature as we scrambled to get on the bus. Thankfully the lady who was driving identified that there were 2 children in my group and she gave us priority - I am extremely grateful for this and the kindness that she showed.

Mostly positive however it was a bit of a scramble on the return journey as the poor staff were so busy. We would use the parking again though as it is convenient and fairly priced.

Cracking service both dropping off and being picked up at 5am. Would definitely use the service again.

Quick and easy parking with continuous transfers to Bristol Airport at a very reasonable price. The addition of toilet facilities on the site would be beneficial.
