excellent prompt service as always - car park could do with a proper surface.

Always use Oakwood parking as reasonably priced. On latest visit the driver was a little rude to my husband on transfer to terminal. Bus availability was good for us. However, not everyone got on the return bus however, he immediately rang for another bus to be dispatched so wait for the remaining passengers would have been around 10-15 minutes. Car does come back dusty but they are parked in a large field so understandably so but no damage to vehicle. Will use again.

Competitive price and no problem getting a minibus for the 3 minute trip to or from the airport (even late at night). Polite staff. I would like to see a shelter where the buses drop off so that car passengers are not left standing in the open, especially at night or when raining, while the driver goes to collect keys from the office. A bit more tarmac where the cars are left for collection would also be a big improvement. That said we have used Oakwood many times and will continue to do so.

Good service. Prompt drop off and pick up. Car in an accessible position for collection. Ground could do with improvement, difficult to push suitcase over uneven ground. Otherwise all good.

Excellent service but the car park was muddy. The surface had quite a few uneven areas, not good for maneuvering suitcases.

Me and my husband always book with Oakwood Parking, no issues always busy pick up always on time.

Good service and conveniently located although this time there was only one transfer bus running due to short staffing. We made it plenty of time though.

Great service, nice and easy no messing about. Transfer Driver is always a laugh.

Car was blocked in took a while to find key to other car.
