The location is great as it is less than ten minutes from the Bristol Airport drop off location and picking up the car was no problem at all. On the morning we dropped off the car, at 4am, there was a lot of people queuing to get the shuttle. A driver filled the bus with people and their bags, but then just walked off leaving a full bus with no alternative driver. These people were sat on the bus, while everyone else queued in the freezing cold, for about 20 minutes. Surely there is a better way from drivers to swap at the end/beginning of their shifts? Especially when everyone knows how busy the airport is and will have been rushing to get through check in and security to make their flights. Some people in the queue were extremely worried about missing their flights.

Great service! The booking process was simple and straightforward and price was cheaper than the Silver Zone parking. The drop-off and pick-up procedures were easy at both ends and the minibus drivers were helpful. My only gripe was the fact that it was a very dusty field (due to the dry weather) and as the minibus turned round and drove past us, we got absolutely covered in a cloud of dirt which went all over clothes, luggage and even our faces. It wasn't very nice actually. Maybe some gravel could be put down in that area to improve the experience.

Very good pickup and drop-off , drivers very friendly, car park needs to be tarmacked, but very near to airport. Very good overall.

Excellent service, whole process was dealt with swiftly. Transfer's were quick and easy especially when returning in the early hours of the morning. Only minor complaint is the parking area is rough and dusty so don't expect a clean car when you return. That said I would recommend and will use again.

Car park was excellent apart from the gravelly ground made it difficult to pull your suitcase. I arrived and it was very busy but it still didn't take long to transfer to the airport. Someone's car was blocked in when they collected it, but I would definitely use it again!

Great drop off and collection service. Friendly and efficient. Only negative was car was very dusty on collection but nothing a quick car wash didn't sort put.

Very helpful staff and efficient service. A little chaotic, but frequent buses and good communication. Great value for money. Car easily accessible on our return. Would definitely use Oakwood Parking again.

Used this site numerous times, and it is very good, sometimes you may have to wait a short period of time for the bus to take you or pick you up, this time it was there waiting for us to and from the airport. Your car is not parked on tarmac so your driver's mat inside the car and also the wheels may get a little dirty if it's been raining. The only issue this time there was a car parked in front of me so I couldn't get out and had to get it moved, it only took 5 minutes but at 12.45am you just want to get home.
