Reasonable price, car was undamaged when I returned, can’t ask for anything else. I will use again.

On the whole very good, but the signage getting to the site and the signage at the site could be a lot better ( especially when 4 cars we came in with all parked in the wrong field.

I had to change my booking which was done with no hassle, and I even got a rebate! Quick and easy transit in both directions. Only a 5 minutes wait on the return leg. But the downside was that they mislaid my keys, so I lost about 20 minutes while they located them. These things happen, and I made it up on a traffic-free drive home. So, no big deal and I will use them again.

All good but the issue was coming back. we were picked up on time but the driver would not help load or unload the cases as I was at reception getting the keys and was about to drive off with them still on the van so my wife and another lady did it. he just didn't care and some of the older people at pick were struggling so we did it for then as he watched, poor. Spoilt what was otherwise a good service.

Parked here for many years and very helpful. Normally flown with hand luggage till this year and never noticed it before. Us women do have heavy suitcases therfore it would be nice if the bus driver could help us lift them in and out of the bus. Thank you.

Very close to the airport, and although cars are clearly parked in a different location during the stay, my car was ready for me on my return. Signage from the main road could be improved. Would use again.

A good deal when compared with Bristol airport’s outrageous charging. I was taken to the airport and picked up on my return and treated quickly and courteously by the staff. I will use Oakwood every time I use Lulsgate, situated as it is on the A38 and the worst lit and signposted airport road I’ve come across. Not a cats eye in sight and arriving after midnight and heading back to Wales, it is frankly dangerous for tired travellers. No fault of Oakwood’s but a drawback when choosing where to fly from.

Good value for money. Will use again.

Not very impressed this time. the toilet was out of action when we arrived and still on our return a week later. the staff were not very friendly muddy parking areas and shabby office we will not be parking here again.

Quick, efficient service.
