Reviewed on 7th November 2021We arrived in Bristol at 1130pm on Friday night, as we told you we would. We made our way to the pick-up point, only to find 20 people in front of us. We watched the van leave, full, the driver saying "there's only one driver." So we waited and waited, in the cold wind and rain, our group of 6 which included 3, 5 and 7 year olds. We stood from 1145 until 1220, waiting for its return. To his credit, he squeezed us in, but we were happy to get to our cars any way possible. If you know a lot of passengers are arriving, GET MORE DRIVERS IN!
