VIP Parking Bristol - Meet and Greet Reviews

Our experience was good, except you need to know where they are going to pick up your car on arrival. It's not clear but the central section is where you need to leave the car. Otherwise you can incur parking charges. Some sort of signing would be useful. Otherwise it works well. I would use them again!

Excellent service. Second time using and will use them again. On time & no issues.

Started off well initially, dropped the car off and everything was fine. On the pick up we inspected the car for scratches and damage and the employee was making comments such as “there’s no ****ing marks” and “of **** me you will need a magnifying glass next*. Then when we were exchanging keys he didn’t look at me or make any comments like thank you or safe travels, he just grunted and made comments under his breath.

Reliable, punctual, convenient and friendly. All in all an excellent service.

Easy from start to finish, called ten minutes out from Bristol Airport as requested, they picked up the car from the drop and go car park, called when collected luggage and they came back with the car. Don't know why I haven't done this before. very friendly and helpful over email and on the phone. Price was pretty good also. Thanks guys, will be using you again in a couple of weeks.

I highly recommend VIP Meet and Greet, Bristol. It was my first time using them and I will be definitely using them in the future. It was the least stressful trip to the airport, they were easy to communicate with. Even when we accidentally booked a day to short, they were so understanding and really helpful.
