Reviewed on 14th June 2024Drop off was good, only thing we was concerned about was the fact we had 2 cars in our family, the driver dropped our car to the drop off and literally ran off, to get the other car, but he left our car running with the keys in and he didn’t even make sure we was there to get in it? Usually you do a handover? He was gone! Anyone could have took our car if we wasn’t actually near it!?

Reviewed on 18th May 2024Guys were on time, polite and courteous. BUT my car was left under a tree somewhere and absolutely covered in bird droppings. Hardened on to the matte paint!! I only had a £10 note so driver said he would leave the change from car park exit fee in the car. He didn’t.

Reviewed on 8th November 2023Last year my £ 75,000 car was returned with the drivers inside covered in mud . When I dropped the car off this year I specifically brought this up with the delivery driver & he promised to put paper mats in the car . However when it was delivered there were no mats & the mud was worse . I have had to have the carpets professionally cleaned . I am using you next February at Bristol & don't want any repeat of this negligence. The car was collected & delivered very promptly so compliments on that part of the service.

Reviewed on 21st August 2023Was a good price and very efficient with timings and communication on the meet and greet service. My only grumble was that when handing over the keys to a young lad no checks done on my car for damage and given a business card with number to call on my return. Likewise when heading the car back a young lad handed the keys back and left straightaway with no paperwork nor checking my car to confirm I was happy. I tend to use meet and greet on all my holidays and this is the first time this has occurred and saw another firm with a clipboard and conduct checks on the vehicle before taking it. It came across as unprofessional and any complaint of damage to my car would have been very difficult to prove without these checks.

Reviewed on 28th April 2023Very rude and blunt on phone. Rang when got suitcase and was told off as the driver had been waiting 7 minutes. Had to give him 10 pounds instead of 5 as had no change to pay for exit ticket.

Reviewed on 5th September 2022Sounded like I'd woken the guy out of bed when I called to say we were 20 minutes away, no customer service at all. On return when I called to say we had landed and had collected our luggage, I was informed that there had been a mistake and my car was still in the compound so we had around a 20 minutes wait for our car to be brought in. We were gifted the £5 fee to exit the car park as compensation for inconvenience.

Reviewed on 2nd September 2022The service was really prompt and efficient both outbound and return. Unfortunately, I have to score a 3 due to the state the car came back in. It looked like the car had been parked at a muddy festival site with thick mud and grass caked onto the wheel arches. I have no idea how this was even possible as I used VIP during the UK heatwave. It was almost comical the amount of grass that was poking out from the wheels. I don't think it is reasonable to expect this at all. Apart from that, as I said, service was prompt and a good price. You get what you pay for I guess?

Reviewed on 20th August 2022Drop off could not of been more smooth and was a really simple process. The return journey was a complete nightmare. As told I called when we had received all our luggage and was in formed that the date for my return journey was the 19th and not the 18th that I had booked. Even though I had confirmation on my email invoice stating the 18th, I was continually told that my booking was for the next day. That said they did deliver my car after a 40 min wait, which was not ideal when we had young children and it was 0200 in the morning. Even after the car was delivered and I showed them my email, I was still made to feel as though it was my fault and no apologies from them.

Reviewed on 30th July 2022Only had to wait 10 minutes to drop off/collect which was fine but the person delivering it back drove the car like a madman. We saw him fly over the road bumps at a crazy speed, then jumped out of the car (leaving the handbrake off) and disappeared before we had a chance to say anything. Not impressed and on that alone would not use them again.

Reviewed on 21st June 2022Good service, value for money. Slightly late picking the car up had to wait around 10 minutes in the drop and go car park before the driver turned up. Also concerning that the dash cam was unplugged on return.
