Despite following all instructions, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive and collect the car and 20 minutes to have the car delivered back to us. When we got the car back the drivers footwell was covered in mud, as were the wheels and wheel arches. Disappointed with service.

Outward worked well. Inward - phoned 5 minutes before getting to car park. Waited and watched for car and waited. Suddenly car was parked 5 metres from where I was standing, but locked. Phoned, contact was 50 metres away. Paid £10 to exit car park.

Good news was quick and no waiting, less good was surly phone manner when I called only 10 minutes in advance of drop off rather than the requested 20 minutes - likewise on collection, equally abrupt manner and had to go find my key fob which had been removed from the ignition key without being told. Not customer focussed - or just having a bad day/s....?

We arrived back in Bristol at 15.15 on the 14th April. The baggage took some time to come out, but as per the instructions I rang VIP as we were in our way out having been reunited with our luggage. This was at about 16.05. I was informed it was busy and I was fourth in the queue. That I would be called once a driver was available. Over an hour later I received a call and the car finally arrived at the drop and go area at about 17.15. Everyone was very polite and apologised but this was not ideal and not worth the money.

Arrival was great - met on time Departure was a nightmare - waited over 1/2 hour in the cold. When the car arrived the mat and driving area was caked in clay like soil. The car was also dirty and will need to be valeted to sort it out. Really disappointing.

The service was good and easy to use... however when we returned to our car it had been left in “sport” mode and the sunroof had been opened. We left it in “normal” mode and given we arrived at night and picked it up at night 3 days later we were left very concerned about how our car was driven. We didn’t make a note of the mileage, next time we’ll be leaving a tracker on it for piece of mind that the car has been looked after properly.

I guess you pay for what you get. This was the cheapest company I found for Bristol Airport and the service was very basic. When I called as requested 20 mins from the airport (at 10am) it rang for ages before being answered and being told my booking could not be found! However it was agreed that they would meet and collect my car. The driver had no uniform or ID and just wanted to drive away!! I asked for a receipt and just got a Business card. Thankfully on my return the car was ready and cleanish. However when I got home and cleaned it next day I did find a chip on the passenger door where another car door had banged this although of course I can not prove this. I would pay the extra next time and use Bristol airport meet and greet.
