Reviewed on 2nd April 2024Awful experience, I would have left zero stars but you have to select at least one. On return to Bristol airport telephoned having collected baggage, informed to call again from drop and go pickup point as the location of car is 2 mins away. I telephoned once at drop and go pickup point, 20 mins later I telephoned, was informed the car was there with driver. After numerous calls back and fore (including the operator hanging up on me), only when I said that I would telephone the police if my car is not returned in 5 mins, the operator said there was a mistake and the wrong car had been delivered. 10 mins later, witnessed my car speeding down the adjacent road, screeching around the round about and dropped off. The driver handed me the key and walked off - no checking the car or any acknowledgment of being 45mins late. Complete joke - please investigate, happy to share more detail. I personally will never use this service again and have warned others.

Reviewed on 15th November 2023Your returning employee or someone else at the parking location left mud on the drivers floor mat plus has stained the drivers seat with mud which is white Napa leather. Am waiting to if it can be cleaned.

Reviewed on 11th October 2023Started off well initially, dropped the car off and everything was fine. On the pick up we inspected the car for scratches and damage and the employee was making comments such as “there’s no ****ing marks” and “of **** me you will need a magnifying glass next*. Then when we were exchanging keys he didn’t look at me or make any comments like thank you or safe travels, he just grunted and made comments under his breath.

Reviewed on 22nd July 2022AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Our car was returned to us with serious damage. The car door had been wrenched open and wouldn't close properly. The driver who returned our car told us the keys were in the ignition and dashed off before we noticed. We contacted VIP Parking before we left the airport but they were not interested and just said to email. We have contacted VIP Parking with photo evidence but in over two weeks have not even had the courtesy of a reply. When we ring nobody answers. Appalling company!!

Reviewed on 7th June 2022Awful service-avoid! On our way to the airport we followed the instructions to call 20 minutes prior to our arrival….we called in access of 30 times with no answer! We had two vehicles book for 6:30am and no one answered our calls. We even tried to Google the address to drive the cars there ourselves but when we got there it was a little cottage and was not their address. We even drove to the airport drop off location in the hope they would just be there at the specified time but nope! (I had to pay £5 to drive in and out) At this point we were panicking and were left with no choice but to use the Bristol onsite car parking which would of cost considerably more…over double!! However a lady from Diamond parking came to our rescue and said she used to work with the guys from VIP and took our cars into her parking area and said she would contact them to collect as knew them. She was lovely and told us to enjoy our holiday and call her when we are settled for an update and worst case she would keep the cars and we would just pay her on our return. When we called her from America she advised that vip had now collected the cars and she wasn’t charging us. If it wasn’t for this lovely lady we would have been left out of pocket but she saved the day. On return to the uk we called vip and they answered straight away and delivered the cars back to us but with no apology or explanation just a smirk on their faces! Avoid this company at all costs and do not use! Unnecessary panic at what is already an uncertain time at the airports!

Reviewed on 10th November 2018Terrible customer service. Driver parked our car then as we approached, locked it and left. We phones to find out what was wrong, to be told that they were busy so we had to wait which caused us to over run in the drop off car park and we had to pay extra parking charges. complained and was given poor excuse and didnt read our email properly. Not happy with this service at all, just interested in taking our money and not providing the service we paid for or trying to resolve the problems caused by them.
