Pick-up and delivery were prompt, the drivers were courteous. However, I don't know where the car was parked but it was filthy when returned, covered in birds droppings, leaves and tree debris. Not a great experience.

I do have a problem when the driver courier starts to play around with my radio stations for what is a relatively short journey.

On arrival at Bristol airport once we had cleared customs and had baggage (with a screaming newborn and shattered 4 year old ) we called meet and greet at 11.40pm and were told we would have to wait 15 minutes , 20 minutes later they turned up (pouring rain and wind didn’t help when we were standing outside) and although they were apologetic, I had paid the extra to ensure that on arrival our car would be waiting for us. Very disappointed.

Dropping off was okay. Rang at baggage. Then this was delayed. Rang back and left message. Got to pick up and the chap was not very pleasant. Flight journeys are stressful as it is, let alone when it is delayed. VIP, please bear this in mind! Ask your guys to have a little empathy. Apart from this, I would have given a higher rating. Doubt I'd use them again.

Have used the service a number of times before. On departure the collection was very slow leaving us in the cold and drizzle. The two scruffy English men collecting had no ID and wandered about on foot, we had to identify them. They seemed clueless and had no paperwork. One said he was new. We had called in good time but they made no apology. On return an efficient East European was very prompt. Don't think we can use the service again - too slow and the drop off area isn't working.

The efficiency and professionalism of staff was excellent. Easy to find and drop the car. However my criticism is that I left a newly washed and valetted car only to have a dirty, bird- droppings ridden car returned to me. It was left for a 1 week period hence not happy!

All good, very prompt. Only issue were boot footprints on the front passenger floormats?? Someone had been given a lift in our car.
