Prompt service. Only thing wrong was we didn’t have £6 in change for the driver on arrival so gave him £10 and he said the change would be in the car when we got back - it wasn’t. However considering we saved using them it’s worth it .

Second time I have used VIP and I would now not go anywhere else. They are there when you arrive if you give them 20 minutes notice and as they suggested, we called them when we had collected all our luggage. Sure enough, they were waiting in the car park when we got there. Perfect service thank you.

Excellent service, drop off person meet us after phone call then cleared airport security phoned VIP car there in 3 minutes 👍thank you.

Excellent service. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and, on return, took less than 10 minutes from our phone call as we left baggage reclaim to getting in the car. We'll definitely be using this meet and greet service again and have recommended to others.
