Drop off was good, only thing we was concerned about was the fact we had 2 cars in our family, the driver dropped our car to the drop off and literally ran off, to get the other car, but he left our car running with the keys in and he didn’t even make sure we was there to get in it? Usually you do a handover? He was gone! Anyone could have took our car if we wasn’t actually near it!?

We use yourselves every time we travel. Great service every time. Driver is either there waiting for us or there within minutes of our arrival. On return the driver is always quick in bringing the car to us.

All went smoothly and I will be using their services again.

Excellent service both outbound & inbound at Bristol. Had to wait a few minutes inbound as the route in to the drop & go area was chaotic due to volume of traffic around 13:45. For outbound, it might be useful for your employees to be more identifiable (ie. company logo on badge/lanyard) rather than some random person you’re handing your car over to. Food for thought. Did a similar thing at Gatwick a few years ago where this was a lot more obvious.

First class service on both departure and return.

Have used VIP Meet & Greet, Bristol twice and even though our flights were delayed both times they have been quick and easy.
