VIP Parking Bristol - Meet and Greet Reviews

Excellent, efficient service accompanied by a friendly smile.

Although a little expensive (last minute Easter bank holiday weekend), this was a top notch service as a substitute for parking at the airport. We were met at the exact correct time on arrival at the airport, and waited just three or four minutes after calling the driver on departure of the terminal building. Will definitely use the VIP Meet & Greet service again.

Very efficient. No hanging around at all. Great service and much more cost effective. Will use every time now.

All went as planned, a swift pick up and even quicker return, have already planned to re-use VIP Meet and Greet, Bristol again.

Excellent service. Even though I was warned that I was "third in the queue" on my return and might have to wait for 10 minutes, by the time I had walked from the terminal to the drop off zone I only had to wait for barely three minutes for my car to arrive. Friendly and efficient drivers both for drop off and pick up.

Man that collected car and returned car was great, no issues. However man on telephone was quite rude to my daughter shouting at her. We couldn’t establish exactly where to collect our driver, I’m British and familiar with this airport. Not used the meet greet service before. I would use it again as it would be less stressful now I know their routine and greet point. The service and its clients would benefit from clearer instructions.
