When we departed the driver arrived bang on time and agreed to pick the car up at a slightly different location as we decided to stay overnight at the Hampton Hotel at Bristol Airport. On our return we were delayed for over an hour waiting for our bags to come off the plane but as soon as we were out of the airport the car arrived within 5 minutes which was fantastic.
