Brilliant service and great value for money. I forgot to call 20 minutes before reaching the airport but it wasn’t a problem - they arrived 5 minutes after I called (we had an early morning flight) so very impressed. On arrival back in the UK they had several clients on our flight so we did have to wait 5 minutes in the car park but their driver was very friendly and nice so it wasn’t a problem.

Excellent service. I had a flight cancelled, then next flight diverted to different airport, they were in constant contact getting updates. When I finally did get back to Bristol I called them and within 5 minutes they were there. Could not fault them, would recommend them.

Very quick and efficient, definitely use it again!

We always book through Park and Go. First class. Always prompt reliable and inexpensive. Regularly send us discount codes. This time it was cheaper than Silver Zone and the main car parks with none of the hassle of finding a space, parking up then bus to terminal or dragging cases in the rain. From the drop go area its about 150 yards to the terminal, all under cover with special assistance phones seats and wheelchairs if needed. The car always comes back as we left it with them. The drivers are really helpful. There was a serious accident and long tailbacks on the M5,Portway and the A38 to the airport, so we rang our driver and he was aware of the tailbacks and exactly where they were, so he talked us through a different way to the airport which saved us missing our flight. Many others were not so lucky and missed theirs. Thank you so much for that and thanks again for a perfect service, really appreciated.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday due to ill health, so unable to rate this time, judging by our past experience we can't fault the service, would recommend.

Fantastic service, were there as we drove into the car park for drop off and we’re there when we arrived back into the wet and rainy drop and go car park. We were away for only three days and this seamless meet and greet was cheaper than away self parking we could find. Will use again.
