Guys were on time, polite and courteous. BUT my car was left under a tree somewhere and absolutely covered in bird droppings. Hardened on to the matte paint!! I only had a £10 note so driver said he would leave the change from car park exit fee in the car. He didn’t.

Fantastic service, met without any delay at the airport even though it was 4am in the morning and also when collecting the car no delays or waiting around. Also my return flight was delayed and once I landed I called quickly to advise and they were on the ball as they already knew this and planned accordingly so can highly recommended them!

Very efficient service. Suggest making it clearer that £12 needs to be added to the fee for the drop and go additional 10 minutes airport access fee.

We booked VIP Meet & Greet through Park & Go as usual. Fantastic, came to collect and return car quickly. Drivers very friendly. Will use again as usual and highly recommend them.

Happy with the service, someone waiting at the car park when we arrived, and the car was returned in 3 minutes after calling when exiting, So very impressed. Parking costs are expensive generally, so would like to see prices being a bit more competitive. Otherwise, very happy, and will use again.

Booked VIP Meet & Greet through Park and Go for my Jaguar car, first class service. Phoned after crossing the Severn bridge and approached Bristol arrived at Bristol Airport at about 7:45 was met by a polite gentleman who helped to unload the car and then parked it 1.9miles away as was shown on my app. On my return, phoned after collecting my luggage and my car was ready for me when I got outside. No buses to catch or waiting in rain. Great service, will use again.
