Great service.

The service was really prompt and efficient both outbound and return. Unfortunately, I have to score a 3 due to the state the car came back in. It looked like the car had been parked at a muddy festival site with thick mud and grass caked onto the wheel arches. I have no idea how this was even possible as I used VIP during the UK heatwave. It was almost comical the amount of grass that was poking out from the wheels. I don't think it is reasonable to expect this at all. Apart from that, as I said, service was prompt and a good price. You get what you pay for I guess?

Great service, can’t fault it

Excellent! Very efficient drop off and pick up, despite flight delay. No hanging around, friendly and polite service. In my opinion great value for money. Highly recommended.

What a very well run service, we arrived on time, our car was taken within 5 minutes. On our return the same happened. Very satisfied, we would use VIP Meet & Greet again. Thank you.

The meet and great service at Bristol airport was so easy and was probably the smoothest part of our whole journey! We were away for 3 weeks and on our return we had a 7 hour flight delay, I rang VIP parking as soon as I found out and they said it was no issue and they would then track our flight. Once we landed and had called them they arrived at the car park almost immediately. Will definitely use them again if flying from Bristol!
