VIP Parking Bristol - Meet and Greet Reviews

Due to traffic and security concerns we left Cornwall early and arrived an hour ahead of schedule, but our car was collected nonetheless bang on time. On our return we rang the number as requested after collecting bags and walked straight to the drop off point and as we arrived so our car drove into sight! Brilliant service!

Best airport parking I have used. Courteous professional and very polite. Even helped putting cases in car. 5 star service and will certainly use this service again. Many thanks.

Arrived at 3:30am, guys was there ready to take the car, no issues and process took about 30 seconds. On arrival back to UK at 11pm, it took about 5-10 minutes for car to arrive, again very quick process. The only comments I have is that the guy who brought my car back looked like he was speeding when he approached the car park, and my car exterior was filthy when returned to me. I had washed & polished it prior to going away. So where the car was stored may not be ideal if you want your car kept clean.

Excellent service even helped us with another route to the airport due to a bad accident. Very professional and helpful and the cheapest around fir meet and greet. Will definitely be using them again.

Time of review:- late June, return early July 2022. At this time airports are. Chaos, with not enough staff and unbelievable delays. VIP Parking Meet and Greet, Bristol is the exact opposite. Phone 15 minutes before you get to the airport, met by rep exactly when you get there. On return just call again when bags have been collected and like magic your car is there waiting with rep when you get to pick up point. Everyone else was standing in the rain looking confused in the chaos at 3am in the morning. We have used VIP numerous times before and will continue to do so! Thank you for your continued great service!!!
