Brilliant service, pick up was prompt as well as the car being delivered back, drivers were friendly. Need to remember £6 cash for the drop off as he has to use money to get out and obviously that can’t be a card. Other than that, perfect.

Booking was easy and competitively priced. Service was prompt and efficient at airport - no waiting around. Only slight gripe was muddy foot marks all over driver’s footwell. Should maybe use paper mats if car park area is muddy.

I am a wheelchair user and going to a car park where you have to carry cases and get on a bus to the airport does not work for me. This meet and greet service is fantastic, so easy and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff and easy to use. I would recommend VIP Meet and Greet to others. I will definitely use again.

Awful experience, I would have left zero stars but you have to select at least one. On return to Bristol airport telephoned having collected baggage, informed to call again from drop and go pickup point as the location of car is 2 mins away. I telephoned once at drop and go pickup point, 20 mins later I telephoned, was informed the car was there with driver. After numerous calls back and fore (including the operator hanging up on me), only when I said that I would telephone the police if my car is not returned in 5 mins, the operator said there was a mistake and the wrong car had been delivered. 10 mins later, witnessed my car speeding down the adjacent road, screeching around the round about and dropped off. The driver handed me the key and walked off - no checking the car or any acknowledgment of being 45mins late. Complete joke - please investigate, happy to share more detail. I personally will never use this service again and have warned others.

I've used the parking lot several times already. Very comfortably. I arrive at the airport with my three children and calmly hand over the car to the driver. After I return, there is a car waiting for me five minutes from the terminal. I'm very comfortable! Thank you.

Everything went ok, no problems.

Excellent drop off and pick up - no waiting at all. We’ve used for years and always had great service. Don’t forget you need to pay the car park charge when they take your car and when you leave at the end.
