Everything as it should be. Very prompt with courteous staff.

Everything was spot on.

Leaving the car was fine, phoned and driver arrived promptly and helped us with luggage. Arriving back from Fuertenventura was less fine, Phoning the office after collecting baggage was fraught as I couldn't hear the man properly and couldn't understand his accent. No offence. No doubt my accent is odd as well but I had to make 2 or 3 calls before I understood he was trying to tell me the car was already there. Otherwise cracking service.

Very straight forward and handy for the airport entrance. Would use again.

All good, very prompt. Only issue were boot footprints on the front passenger floormats?? Someone had been given a lift in our car.

Despite a very early morning drop off and an even later and delayed return for pick up, there was someone there smiling and cheerful to collect my car and to return it to me along with the appreciated pound coin for my exit. No hanging around, no lengthy paperwork. Just the actual prompt meet and greet service that one wants. Thank you.
