I have to admit to being a little worried by the guys who I called and then met to drop the car off, although it was half four in the morning. "Don't know how this phone works, click" was my first response, the second was a little better. When I met to drop off agent, he was a little vague to say the least, making me wonder if I would see my car again. When I came back it was very straight forward and the car was waiting for me as promised. I will use VIP Bristol again. Thanks.
