An experience I wont pay for again! When I dropped my car off at waggon and horses I had to wait around 20 minutes to be transported to the airport. It got worse when my flight got back in to Bristol airport. It was 11pm when I phoned their number to tell them I was waiting. I was told to wait til next bus. So I waited and waited and waited. ...I phoned number again, to be told I needed to wait for the bus that said westfield lodge written on it and not the waggon and horses bus I had come in on! When I did eventually get that bus we were all taken to some big derelict building where cars were parked, about a mile off from I had parked my car off. I wasnt told any of this would happen or to look for different bus on way out. The driver was rude and didnt explain anything to anyone. The time I got into my car it was an hour and half since I had started waiting. My recommendation is NEVER to use waggon and horses.

We were picked up on return very quickly but were surprised to be taken to a different location to pick our car. It was midnight very dark. Found our car with difficulty and tried to find the exit. Went back to the office to find it empty not a good experience after a tiring journey.

Have used this place several times over the past few years, can not fault them. No matter what time we arrive, they are there waiting for us, will use every time Im flying from Bristol.

On our return my car was damaged in what looks like another car door knocking it, (expensive on a new Range Rover) owners don't accept liability but offered to pay only half the repair bill. Tip: if you use this company have them to check your car on arrival for damage!

The driver was very friendly and helpful and arrived within 5 minutes on arrival. Would use again.

I dropped my car of to Waggon And Horses during the 17th - 25th October I went in signed the forms got on the rather unpleasant minibus and as we drove of i seen a young lad wheel spinning a customers car which firstly worried me about leaving my car with them people for the duration of eight days then when we returned on the 25th at early hours in the morning, we then had to wait half hour in the cold to be picked up and they made up an excuse the the Italians our on strike they new what time we where landing and they should of been there waiting for us to us wait for them . It's not what you want after coming back from a lovely holiday and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Arrival, no issues, all very good in fact. Return was a completely different experience. Arrived at a dimly lit farm site, driver had no paper work or key. Paperwork inside the office, told the car was just around the back of the office. Left to look for the car myself in very poor light along with another bemused client. It was clear that neither of our cars were there, just in time we managed to catch the minibus driver before he drove off site. Asked him to drive the mini bus up the area to illuminate the area to find our car, he was not happy as proven by the wheel spins and crazy reversing from the minibus. Car not there, so we drive off to the other site to thankfully find our cars. Have used wagon and horses on numerous occasions without issue, will not be in future. The farm site in my option is not fit for purpose, it's dark, the ground uneven, cars parked on grass, in fact just down right dangerous.

The man was that picked us up from airport was late, he didn't know which car park my car was parked in he said it was because we were early that it was moved but after a 20 minute wait for him we weren't late when I pointed this out he began to shout at me then drove like a maniac to other car park, if I was on my own I would have been more scared than I already was, the mans attitude was threatening, I'm glad I wasn't alone with this man! He didn't even help load our luggage! Then man was rude threatening and had a really bad attitude, we couldn't believe how he was shouting at me! I will never ever use this car park again or recommend it which is a shame as the man that dropped us to the airport was pleasant and helpful.

Very good service yet again. After parking we were on the road to the airport immediately and on ringing on our return we only had to wait about 1 minute. Will use again.

So nearly missed my flight to my son's wedding because the pick-up from Waggon and Horses was more than 45 minutes later than I had booked - not at all impressed. Luckily the airport staff were amazing and went out of their way to get me onto the flight.
