We arrived early hours the duty man was cheerful and efficient. Helped us with the luggage generally pleasant experience. Coming back we found a party of 4 waiting for same transport and waited with them When the transport arrived another group pushed in front and threw their suitcases on board. There was not enough room for us so we stood back.T he party we had waited with did not have room for their luggage one man went with transport and retrieved own car to get home. When transport returned we put our luggage on with no help. Returned to car pound in silence. Not a pleasant experience.

Service was fine. But when we picked up our car there was an additional 20 miles on the clock. When I asked the reason I was told that it had just gone to the compound half a mile down the road. No further explanation was offered for the additional 19 miles. Also the passenger window had been left slightly open and the rain had soaked the passenger seat. Wouldn't use them again.

Everything was absolutely fine until the return pick up - waited for about half an hour in the freezing cold only to ring and find out the minibus picking us up would say "ford lodge" (or something) on the side, not Waggon & Horses! It had said W&Hs on the way out, they could have told us it might be a different bus for the return or at least put a paper sign in the window! How exactly were we supposed to know? Totally avoidable sour end to an otherwise good service. Wouldn't use again.

The person at the car park was alone so was dealing with several people at once so not very efficient, was not very helpful loading our luggage and mobility scooter. had to wait too long for collection as the car park was less than 5 mins from airport. and the car park man did not know where our car was on our return even the carping area was small. He also left us in the pouring rain to transfer our luggage and scooter to our car without helping us. would definitely not use this facility again.

We had to wait a long time whilst other passengers were booked in and paid for their parking. Doing this online is supposed to speed everything up. When we returned the wait at the airport was about 30 mins to be collected after being told it would be "a couple of minutes" and a second phone call....not acceptable, unlikely to use them again.

We arrived at approx 6;30am to find no record of us being booked in! the driver, who was excellent, could not find us on the computer. We showed him our paperwork which was correct and he then found us. He could not amend that booking so we had to wait for him to re-enter the details. We arrived at the airport much later than we should have. On our return we had to wait for the driver to come for quite a while because the last people could not get their car out of the space where it was parked. We eventually arrived at the parking lot to find our car in the second row, the driver had no keys for the car in front so he had to go back to the Airport and left us in the dark until someone came in a car to let us out. There was no apology offered. We were very disappointed in your service which was a shame as it is very convenient for the Airport. I would hate to leave my vehicle with you in a busy period after the shambles we found! Not saying we would never park there again because if the service was improved we would as it was easy to find and convenient for the Airport.
