Very polite and fast service this last weekend as was the previous week on departure. We will use them every time.

Compared to using airport parking, this is easier, closer, cheaper. Very easy on arrival to leave the car within yards of the office, and you are taken to the airport within minutes with no waiting for buses. On return, it's just as easy, ring them when collecting your luggage and they are soon there to fetch you. Only disappointment was I was left to find my own car, told it was round the side, I eventually found it in a back row blocked by another car, and had to ask them to move the other one. This was done quite begrudgingly with no communication or a smile, which is a shame as otherwise a very good service.

On arriving at the main Potters Hill depot, we were quickly sorted out with the paperwork and taken to the airport all within 15 minutes. No problems, very good service. However on our return after a 10 day holiday late at night we suffered a long delay as the pickup minibus used late at night was not from the Waggon & Horses. This meant we missed the pickup carried out by the company they use for night arrivals. They need to inform all passengers of this arrangement as we had to wait over one hour to be pick up and transported to our car.

Quick drop off and pick up. Late and early arrivals are transferred to a different site for pick up. Have used a few times now with no problems.

Easy, friendly, close to airport and reasonably priced.

No problems to and from Airport. New users can expect to pick up car at new location on return. Not a surprise to us as we have used this service regularly.

Drop off okay, on collection, my car was at a different location to where it was dropped, strange, and the bus driver wasn't as helpful as the drop off guy.
