Reviewed on 22nd January 2016No problems with the outward parking, which went very efficiently. On the return journey, around 10pm, we were picked up ok and taken to the farm parking where we collected the car, but when we tried to get out the automatic gate was closed. We'd had no instructions on this, but after 2 attempts at driving up to it unsuccessfully we turned around in the pitch dark on the track and went back to the office, but it was by now deserted. The children were a bit frightened and it was quite a panicky moment, not even knowing where we were. Luckily all was well with my mobile and it was quickly answered and we were told to drive up even closer to the gate - this time it worked. We did feel that we should have been advised about this, and also found it worrying that nobody had checked that everyone was off the premises.

Reviewed on 5th January 2016Easy to find and park, but no one in the office, locked. Back in 10min sign on door. On landing, Wasn't sure which van l was waiting for or where car was parked in the dark. Otherwise okay.

Reviewed on 2nd October 2015I have used the Waggon and Horses several times now, therefore I am sorry to say this time I was disappointed with the service. Arrived at 0400 ish, they had no paper work for our booking, had to re-book. On return from holiday, car blocked in by other cars. Drivers - charming, person in the office (on return) as miserable as sin. A pity really.

Reviewed on 8th September 2015OK but all a bit amateur! Late night return we were "dumped" in out of town field and had to peer around in the darkness to find the car. operative surely and unhelpful, everything was too much!

Reviewed on 12th August 2015Helpful staff when we dropped the car off. Really nice people. However on picking the car up it was elsewhere which wasn't a problem but the driver off the bus picking us up didn't say which car park he was from and the bus was sign written with a different car park. All he had to do was tell people who he was working for. If I hadn't asked he would have driven off with out us. Also we were just told our car was outside somewhere. It took some finding and had no lighting to help us find it in what was an old yard. Apart from that, Ok.

Reviewed on 12th August 2015A very dismissive attitude by, I assume, a harassed driver / desk receptionist. On our return to the car park, our vehicle was already there but as it was not sign-written as Waggon and Horses we didn`t attempt to board it. !!! Clarification was confirmed when we rang for collection and was told he had just left and would return ASAP. ???

Reviewed on 4th August 2015I have used it before and never had an issue (would give it a 5) however when I dropped my keys off and asked a question about a future booking I had made online the guy on the desk (short late 50s very slim tattoo on arm) was so rude I have never came across such a grumpy man and poor customer service. Very disappointed and annoyed as I am a regular customer who has already made two future bookings before this. I will reconsider if I ever come across him again everyone else I have ever dealt with are usually lovely! The man who took me down to the airport and left the grumpy one on the desk was so pleasant. Shame someone can potentially ruin it and turn away customers.

Reviewed on 27th June 2015All was okay with this car park until being picked up after our holiday, where the male transfer driver was rude to my husband. We were 8 travelling with 4 small children aged 2 to 8 years. At Bristol airport we called the company to inform of our arrival and were told to wait at the pick up point. Bus arrives and there was chaos due to airport repairs which admittedly is not drivers fault. We are then told due to other customers queue jumping that we are to be separated, leaving the men at the airport with all luggage and the women and 4 children to struggle on the bus. To our disappointment, are rudely informed that we have not paid bus as it is free. Forgive us for assuming that when you pay £40 for a parking service, which is advertised as including a 'transfer service ' that we expect to receive a service and not a rude, unfriendly driver. Have used other parking services costing slightly more who have been really lovely and who we always tip generously. Will never use waggon and horse's again.

Reviewed on 27th May 2015We arrived at Waggon &Horses at 4am it must be a very busy time as there were quite a few people waiting there. Booking in at office was straight forward but as we came out a mini bus was just leaving full of people and we were told we would have to wait till it came back for our lift to airport. There were 8 of us waiting outside in the cold and was glad it wasn't raining. By the time the only minibus came back there must have been about 20 people waiting and there was a scramble to get on bus, I got our suitcases on back of bus but by time I went to get a seat the bus was full luckily one chap realised he was sitting next to my wife and got off to let me on, not a nice experience. On return I phoned to let them know we were waiting but it was about 20 minutes before minibus came and realised there were quite a few people waiting for it again but at least this time we all squeezed on. No problem picking car up. Feel that they know exactly how many people to expect at what time and should have the transport there to cope. Would have been a nightmare if it had been raining as didn't see anywhere to wait inside.

Reviewed on 26th May 2015Overall not to bad but when I got in my car after leaving it in the carpark for just over 2 days I had an extra 2 miles on the clock and since the carpark is not that big I cant understand this. Even if it had been shunted several times there is no way a mile would have been put on it never mind 2.
