Very efficient and friendly.

Easy to book online at a reasonable cost. Dropping your car off is simple and quick. Also being collected on return journey was easy. All in all an easy option :-)

No problem outgoing, drove of before one of us sat down as they were strapping in the baby, very busy but could have been a little more patient.

We arrived at Waggon &Horses at 4am it must be a very busy time as there were quite a few people waiting there. Booking in at office was straight forward but as we came out a mini bus was just leaving full of people and we were told we would have to wait till it came back for our lift to airport. There were 8 of us waiting outside in the cold and was glad it wasn't raining. By the time the only minibus came back there must have been about 20 people waiting and there was a scramble to get on bus, I got our suitcases on back of bus but by time I went to get a seat the bus was full luckily one chap realised he was sitting next to my wife and got off to let me on, not a nice experience. On return I phoned to let them know we were waiting but it was about 20 minutes before minibus came and realised there were quite a few people waiting for it again but at least this time we all squeezed on. No problem picking car up. Feel that they know exactly how many people to expect at what time and should have the transport there to cope. Would have been a nightmare if it had been raining as didn't see anywhere to wait inside.

Overall not to bad but when I got in my car after leaving it in the carpark for just over 2 days I had an extra 2 miles on the clock and since the carpark is not that big I cant understand this. Even if it had been shunted several times there is no way a mile would have been put on it never mind 2.

I would highly recommend the Waggon and Horse and I will certainly be availing of their very efficient service again! Staff were very helpful and courteous! On return the mini bus arrived within minutes of my call, very speedy service! Lastly my car was taken good care of and securely stowed during my holiday!! Great value for money, definite 10/10! Thank you!

I have used the Waggon and Horses previously and I cannot fault them. I have never been kept waiting more than 5 minutes to be taken or picked up from the Airport. The office staff and drivers are always so helpful and polite. I always feel as though my car has been looked after and it's safe. I have no reason to park anywhere else when flying from Bristol. Very good service, have used them a number of times and will use them again in the future. 1 small observation they should have children's car/ boaster seats for young children. It may not be far to the airport, but young children should be safe.
