Good service on the way to the airport. Not so good on the return part. Could not get hold of anyone by phone to come and collect us from Bristol airport. Eventually got someone. The man who collected us was run of his feet trying to drive passengers at the same time as taking telephone enquiries (hands free). More staff needed. Have used the Waggon & Horses many times but service has slipped this time. He seemed to be covering for another hotel's clients and we had to go to a farm to collect our car keys. Not satisfactory.

OK for departures but lots of confusion on arrival. Pick up much overcrowded and three different locations mentioned and car eventually located but not at Wagon and Horses!!

Drop off good. Pick up bad. It was very dark when we came back. There was no lighting available to help us see. It took us a while to locate our car. This was very frustrating.

A little chaotic on arrival, struggled to find space to park car, no one to supervise/give instructions regarding parking, felt a little concerned about safety of my car. The rest was fine, transportation and pick up all went smoothly and car was ready waiting out front when we arrived.

Departure smooth as required, on return we had to wait 45 minutes (and three phone calls) at the pickup area which was a bit much as the Wagon and horses is only 5 minutes from the airport!

Pick up and drop of excellent. Sadly although keys were there car was not, took 40 minutes to find it at midnight. Thankfully the chap who dropped us off was very helpful.

Bit rough and ready and no security fencing which was a bit worrying, but car was ok when we returned. Easy access to Bristol Airport.

Drop off was efficient. When i collected my car it was covered in bird droppings, looked like it had just been parked under a tree for a week and left! Not overly pleased with that. They collected us promptly from the airport, so no problems there.....
