So easy to use this service, no hanging around waiting for a full bus, unlike others we have used, will use again.

We arrived on or before time. C/H bus driver helped us with the luggage, and unhurriedly dropped us off at the appropriate point. No contact problems on return. Accepted wait because of direction of travel, and no problem on picking up car as it was lined up ready! Thank you for your care and attention.

Service was great exactly as the write up fast courteous would recommend to anyone travelling from Bristol and much cheaper than parking on the airport. Takes five minutes from drop off point to the airport.

Excellent. Quick check in . Straight onto bus and there in 2 minutes. Return bus was already there. Couldn't get any better.

Everything was absolutely fine until the return pick up - waited for about half an hour in the freezing cold only to ring and find out the minibus picking us up would say "ford lodge" (or something) on the side, not Waggon & Horses! It had said W&Hs on the way out, they could have told us it might be a different bus for the return or at least put a paper sign in the window! How exactly were we supposed to know? Totally avoidable sour end to an otherwise good service. Wouldn't use again.
