Reviewed on 31st May 2014We had to wait a long time whilst other passengers were booked in and paid for their parking. Doing this online is supposed to speed everything up. When we returned the wait at the airport was about 30 mins to be collected after being told it would be "a couple of minutes" and a second phone call....not acceptable, unlikely to use them again.

Reviewed on 30th May 2014A little chaotic on arrival, struggled to find space to park car, no one to supervise/give instructions regarding parking, felt a little concerned about safety of my car. The rest was fine, transportation and pick up all went smoothly and car was ready waiting out front when we arrived.

Generally very good, but issues with customers keys and details being mixed up. Pickup took nearly half an hour. Driver friendly, if seemingly busy/harassed.
