Fast and friendly service. Very easy to get to and literally just a 2 min minibus transfer to the airport. We always use Waggon and Horses!

Good friendly, fast and efficient service and would recommend to others. Only downside for me was that the car radio had been retuned to LW (R5), which gave me the impression of someone using the car for personal use. Apart from that very happy about the rest of the service.

Very good service overall and good value, but I'm rating 4 out of 5 due to a bit of a wait for being picked up from the airport.

Everything was fine except I had never been met another company on my return and taken to another place to pick up the car. As a woman travelling on her own this was disconcerting. I didn't know where I was going or how to exit that car park. I had expected to be met by the waggon and horses. I also had to wait 20 minutes to be picked up at 12:30 at night!

Very good nobody in the office when we arrived but they returned within 4 mins as the airport is that near car was ready for us to leave on return to the country.

Easy to find and very close to the airport. Quick drop off and pick-up. We would not hesitate to recommend Waggon and Horses to others or to use it again ourselves.
