No problems to and from Airport. New users can expect to pick up car at new location on return. Not a surprise to us as we have used this service regularly.

Drop off okay, on collection, my car was at a different location to where it was dropped, strange, and the bus driver wasn't as helpful as the drop off guy.

Great service easy to find, use, short transfer times and efficient service from arrival and return, will definitely use again.

Dropped off the car and was in the airport within 15 minutes. On return called the office and was picked up within 5 minutes, collected my car and was on the road again within 15 minutes. Excellent Service Would recommend without hesitation.

Brilliant as always, we had an early flight so had to be at the airport by 03.30 all went to plan. On arriving back I phoned and we were picked up within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend Waggon and Horses.

I have used the Waggon and Horses several times now, therefore I am sorry to say this time I was disappointed with the service. Arrived at 0400 ish, they had no paper work for our booking, had to re-book. On return from holiday, car blocked in by other cars. Drivers - charming, person in the office (on return) as miserable as sin. A pity really.

I have used Wagon and Horses for airport parking 3 or 4 times. Journeys to the airport have been almost instant every time, and pick-ups from the airport with only short waiting times. When I made a mistake with the booking, the staff made no comment and no extra charge levied. Highly recommended.

Excellent once again. Already at the airport when we returned. Very good value for money.

First class service will definitely use them again.
